More than two days after an explosion at a fireworks storage facility in Esparto, seven people remain unaccounted for, according to officials. Jesus is one of three brothers from the Bay Area who worked at the Esparto warehouse. Ruiz is expecting a baby with Jesus.His grandmother, Mercedes Lemus, traveled from Los Angeles to be in Esparto on Thursday, hoping that being closer could bring more answers about her missing grandchildren.Johnny RamosJohnny is the brother of two other men who are unaccounted for— Jesus Ramos and Joel Melendez. Their mother, Marisol Ramos, traveled to the site of the tragedy on Thursday, hoping to get more answers.Marisol told KCRA 3 that Johnny’s location still shows him at the fireworks facility. “I just need my babies, that’s all I want,” she said. “If they’re gone, I just need the ashes, so I can see them, hug them with my hands. According to a GoFundMe, Jr was the main provider for his wife and their 11-month-old child—and the couple was expecting another child.Carlos Javier RodriguezRodriguez, 41, was identified by a close friend of the family, Darlene Sanchez. “He’s a devoted father, a hardworking man, a husband, dad, uncle, and best friend,” Sanchez told KCRA 3. Jesus Maneces Ramos
