Streamer says she fought back after being attacked at her home as gunmen demanded cryptocurrency

HOUSTON — A popular streamer was attacked in her Houston home over the weekend, according to police.

Kaitlyn “Amouranth” Siragusa, 31, told investigators she was asleep when three men broke into her home and attacked her in her bed just before 11 p.m. Sunday.

She said the men demanded cryptocurrency and pistol-whipped her. Her husband heard the commotion and opened fire on the suspects but wasn’t sure if he hit one of them.

Siragusa posted video of the incident on social media. In the post, she said the men showed up in masks and had duct tape. She said she had blood streaming down her face from the attack.

In the video, a woman appears to lead the three gunmen to the front door of the home. One of the suspects can be heard saying, “Come on. Go, go, go, go. Hurry up.” A short time later, what sounds like gunshots are heard and the suspects are seen running away from the front door. One of them said they thought they had been shot.
