Basketball legend Shaquille O’Neal has agreed to become the men’s basketball general manager of Sacramento State, sources confirmed to KCRA 3’s Michelle Dapper.Sources say it will be a voluntary role for Shaq, so he won’t be getting paid. Shaq’s son, Shaqir O’Neal, committed to play basketball at Sacramento State after transferring from Florida A&M. Sacramento State’s men’s basketball program is already getting some star power from former Sacramento Kings star Mike Bibby, who is taking the helm as head coach.
