Lady Gaga fans will have to wait to see her in Netflix’s ‘Wednesday’

Spoiler alert! The following contains details from Netflix’s “Wednesday” Season 2, Part 1.

Say abracadabra all you want, but Lady Gaga’s “Wednesday” Season 2 cameo has yet to appear.

The first part of the new season of Netflix’s smash-hit Addams Family series has debuted on the streamer with all the horror, monsters, murder and mayhem fans have been promised, plus a slew of new famous guest stars including Haley Joel Osment, Thandiwe Newton, Steve Buscemi, Billie Piper, Christopher Lloyd, Heather Matarazzo and Dame Joanna Lumley. But one particularly famous face was nowhere to be found in the four episodes now streaming.

Netflix announced this summer that pop star and actress Lady Gaga would be joining the “Wednesday” cast for this new season, getting kooky and spooky alongside star Jenna Ortega. But although there were plenty of twists, surprises and even a zip line in the first part of the season, there was no Mother Monster to be found in the halls of Nevermore Academy. And her devoted fans who watched Gaga perform at Netflix’s Tudum fan event back in June may be sorely disappointed that they’ll have to wait until Part 2 of the season debuts for all the Gaga glory.

When will Lady Gaga show up in ‘Wednesday’?

The second season of the drama is being split into two four-episode parts. The first four dropped Wednesday, Aug. 6, on the streamer, and the second four will debut on Wednesday, Sept. 3. Gaga will presumably make an appearance in one of the final four episodes that will stream in September.
