After four long years of musical silence, Justin Bieber has stunned fans around the world with the unexpected release of his new album, Swag.
The pop icon, who has been topping charts since he was a teenager, teased the album on billboards in Reykjavik, Iceland, and in Los Angeles, before confirming the speculations on Friday with a series of Instagram posts.
Swag is his first album since 2021, when he released Justice, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, becoming his eighth chart-topper. It is also his first album since becoming a dad last year, with some songs reportedly reflecting this personal change in his life.
“Inspired by his devotion as a husband and father, this new era of music has fueled a deeper perspective and more reflective sound, resulting in some of his most personal music yet,” Def Jam Recordings said of the 21-track album.

Beliebers, the singer’s devoted fan-base, quickly spotted the billboards in their cities, and celebrated the release of the new album online. Bieber even reshared some of the stories and posts.
One of Bieber’s posts, which is still up on his Instagram account, includes insights into some of the songs’ names such as “All I Can Take,” “Walking Away,” “Dadz Love,” “Forgiveness,” “Go Baby,” “Daisies,” and “Therapy Session,” among others.
With a total of 21 tracks, the new album features vocals from a variety of artists, including Sexyy Red, Dijon, Lil B, Gunna, Cash Cobain, 2 Chainz, and comedian Druski, among others.
Bieber was spotted last night having dinner with his wife, Hailey, in Mallorca, Spain, at a local seaside restaurant before heading to the beach to enjoy some time together.
The sighting sparked renewed interest in their relationship, which has been the subject of speculation among social-media users, following a controversial post shared by the singer earlier this year.
In the post shared in May, Bieber reflected on having discouraged his wife’s dream of appearing on the cover of Vogue magazine, saying how he told her that it would never happen, and apologizing for not believing in her.
Despite all the online criticism and speculation about their marriage, Bieber’s wife, who has just become a billionaire after selling her cosmetic brand, Rhode, has continued to show him unwavering love and support.
