Jets star CB thinks Aaron Rodgers to the Vikings is devastating for the rest of the league

The biggest name to be available in free agency this cycle is, without a doubt, Aaron Rodgers. While he is a long way from being the multiple-time NFL MVP, he still has some gas left in the tank for a potential swan song for the 2025 season. While the New York Jets decided he is no longer for them, someone else may see the veteran quarterback as the final piece to a roster that is close to winning a Super Bowl.

If you look around at NFL Insiders and the reports that have been swirling in recent days, one of those teams could be the Minnesota Vikings.

The rumors are making their way from social media to the players, one of which is Rodger’s former teammate, Sauce Gardner. The All-pro cornerback took to social media on Sunday to let the world know what he thinks the former MVP could do with Kevin O’Connell and company.

While this idea may sound familiar after seeing Brett Favre make the move years ago, this seems unlikely to happen. The team has J.J. McCarthy, who they seemingly are all in with, so it would be hard to imagine them steering away from their top draft pick or for Rodgers to agree to sit behind him.
