Hurricanes vs. Devils: Where to watch Game 3 today

After two rough losses on the road, the New Jersey Devils look to get back in the series against the Carolina Hurricanes, as the series shifts to the Garden State on Thursday.

The Devils were put into a vise in the first game of the series last weekend, but came out with a much better effort in Game 2 on Tuesday night, looking to steal home-ice advantage from the Hurricanes. Jesper Bratt scoring early in the contest gave New Jersey some life. However, the Canes bounced back with goals from Shayne Gostisbehere and Jordan Martinook in the second. An empty-net goal from Seth Jarvis sealed a 3-1 victory for the home side.

Things are starting to look as they did when Carolina eliminated New Jersey from the second round two years ago. The Devils are showing a lack of experience, and while the Canes have not lifted Lord Stanley’s Cup, they have enough veteran players who know how to get the job done when the time calls for it.
