How to watch Friday’s Texas Rangers game on Apple TV+

The Texas Rangers had plenty to figure out this offseason when it came to broadcasting their own games in 2025.

But nearly a month into the season, a matchup moves away from Rangers Sports Network and Victory+ for the second time when Texas faces the San Francisco Giants exclusively on Apple TV+.

Friday’s matchup will see Texas starter Nathan Eovaldi (1-2, 2.64 ERA) open a three-game series against San Francisco’s Justin Verlander (0-1, 5.47 ERA) at 9:15 p.m.

If you have already signed up for Apple TV+, you know the drill. If you haven’t, then you are in luck as tonight’s game should be free for you after signing up for a 7-day free trial.

Tonight’s game is part of “Friday Night Baseball” which is a weekly doubleheader hosted exclusively on Apple TV+ with broadcasts being free from local restrictions. The other game Friday night will be between the Boston Red Sox and and Cleveland Guardians at 6:10 p.m.

Apple TV+ is built into Apple devices like iPhones and iPads, but also accessible via tv.apple.com.

The next Rangers game on Apple TV+ will be on Friday, May 16 against the Houston Astros at 7:05 p.m.
