Gonzaga 77, San Francisco 66 (1:37): Nolan Hickman puts the Bulldogs back in front by double-digits at the free-throw line. The Dons have entered desperation mode as Gonzaga looks to close this one out from the Orleans.

Gonzaga 69, San Francisco 62 (4:02): The Bulldogs have put themselves in position to potentially close out this WCC semifinal game thanks to some stout team defense down the stretch of the second half. Gonzaga has held the Dons without a field goal for over 3 minutes. Ryan Nembhard and Nolan Hickman came up empty on back-to-back possessions before Nembhard poked the ball free from Carlton Linguard Jr., giving the Zags possession with under 4 minutes to play.

Graham Ike picks up fourth foul (Gonzaga 67-61, 5:59): Another questionable whistle on the Zags has the Orleans in a swing of emotions, as Graham Ike picked up his fourth personal foul and had to exit for the bench while Braden Huff checked in.

Gonzaga 67, San Francisco 61 (6:15): Graham Ike scores on back-to-back possessions, including a 3-point basket the old fashioned way, putting the Zags up six points and bringing the Orleans Arena crowd to its feet once again. Ike is up to 24 points and 10 rebounds.

Gonzaga 62, San Francisco 61 (7:12): Zags get called for another ticky-tack foul, this time on Graham Ike while trying to defend Saba Gigiberia in the post, resulting in a 3-point play opportunity for the Dons. San Francisco has shot 9-of-18 from the floor this half; Gonzaga is 10-of-19 from the field.

Gonzaga 60, San Francisco 59 (7:48): It looked like the Bulldogs were about to add to their 3-point advantage as Ryan Nembhard pushed the ball up the floor with a pass to Graham Ike, except the Dons tipped the pass and created an easy scoring opportunity of their own with a breakaway dunk for Tyrone Riley IV. The Bulldogs’ offense has slowed over the last few minutes since their hot start to the half, as the Zags have missed six of their last seven looks from the field.

Gonzaga 59, San Francisco 55 (9:32): Khalif Battle drills Gonzaga’s fourth 3-pointer of the night to put the Zags up six points. A questionable foul call on Battle during the ensuing possession had the Orleans Arena crowd very upset.

Ryan Beasley scored the first seven points for the Dons, then went scoreless for the next 17 minutes before drilling a 3-pointer in the final seconds of the first half to put his Dons up, 37-35, over the Bulldogs.

Graham Ike has 10 points for the Zags, while Michael Ajayi added nine points, seven baords and two steals in 12 minutes off the bench. Gonzaga committed just four turnovers but shot just 37.1% from the field and 2-of-8 from 3-point range. San Francisco, meanwhile, had double the amount of turnovers but knocked down eight 3-pointers.

San Francisco 34, Gonzaga 33 (1:02): Ryan Nembhard scores his first points of the night on a backdoor cut and feed from Nolan Hickman, making it a 1-point game again. Gonzaga has played stout defensively for the most part but needs more offensively to take control of this one against the Dons.

Michael Ajayi erases a layup (31-28, San Francisco): The Dons had the Zags on their heals defensively as Malik Thomas raced up the floor following a turnover from the Bulldogs on the previous position, leading to a fastbreak opportunity for San Francisco. But Michael Ajayi had other plans, as he erased a layup attempt from Thomas and sparked a transition opportunity for Gonzaga going the other way.

San Francisco 29, Gonzaga 24 (4:24): Junjie Wang knocks down back-to-back 3-pointers to put the Dons ahead by five with under 5 minutes left in the first half, prompting a timeout from the Zags. Gonzaga’s offense has sputtered over the last few minutes, as its missed four of its last five attempts from the field.

Gonzaga 22, San Francisco 20 (7:56): Michael Ajayi has made his presence felt on the offensive end of the floor, where the 6-foot-7 forward has already scored a team-high nine points and grabbed a pair of offensive rebounds off the bench for the Bulldogs. Ajayi’s also put down a couple of dunks, including a massive two-hand jam over the top of Veniamin Abosi earlier in the half.

Gonzaga 10, San Francisco 9 (11:58): The Bulldogs moved out in front courtesy of an 8-0 scoring run, despite not actually scoring for the final 2 minutes of that run. Still, the Dons couldn’t manage any sort of rythym offensively outside of Ryan Beasley. Junjie Wang snapped the Dons’ drought with a second-chance dunk, marking their first points since the 17:15 mark.

Ryan Beasley off to another hot start: The Dons’ sophomore guard has picked up right where he left off Sunday night when he scored a career-high 29 points against WSU. Beasley has San Francisco’s first seven points, including a stepback 3-pointer at the top of the arc.

Gonzaga 8, San Francisco 7 (15:39): Khalif Battle gives Gonzaga its first lead with a second-chance 3-pointer, the team’s first triple of the night. The Bulldogs stopped the Dons on the ensuing possession but Nolan Hickman came up limp while holding his elbow area. The senior guard walked off to the team’s bench during the media timeout.

San Francisco 2, Gonzaga 2 (18:04): Ryan Beasley breaks the seal off the lid with a score inside for the Dons. Ben Gregg answers with a layup off a feed from Ryan Nembhard.
