Greylock led the company’s $13.9 million Series A, which priced at about 20 cents per share.
- It sold $101.5 million in the IPO, with around $6.9 billion more on paper.
Kleiner Perkins led the company’s Series B, which raised about $25 million at about 33 cents apiece.
- It liquidated a stake worth $101.5 million in the IPO, and maintains a $6.2 billion position.
Sequoia Capital led the company’s $40 million Series C, with shares priced at about $1.10.
- It sold a stake for about $56.4 million in the IPO and maintains $3.9 billion.
Later-stage investors also are in the green: Series D backers led by a16z bought shares at at $4.62, valuing the company at $2 billion. Durable Capital Partners and Morgan Stanley invested in the Series E, at a $21.30 per share price and $10 billion valuation.
