Dodgers on Deck: April 28 vs. Marlins

The Dodgers homestand continues on Monday night with the Marlins coming to Los Angeles for the first of three games at Dodger Stadium.

First-year Marlins manager Clayton McCullough will receive his 2024 championship ring during this series, having spent the previous 10 seasons with the Dodgers, including 2021-24 as first base coach.

Dustin May makes his fourth start of the season, looking to rebound for allowing seven runs last Tuesday at Wrigley Field in Chicago. That’s two more runs (and five more earned runs) than May allowed in his first three starts combined.

Miami is on a west coast road trip, heading to Los Angeles after a weekend series in Seattle. Right-hander Edward Cabrera starts Monday night for the Marlins, with a 6.14 ERA in his three starts, with 18 strikeouts and eight walks in 14⅔ innings.
