The 28-year-old animated sitcom kicked off its 27th season on Wednesday, July 23. And it has people talking.

The show – created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone – doesn’t typically shy away from topics considered controversial, and this season’s premiere was no different.

The episode featured President Donald Trump getting into bed with Satan and referenced Paramount’s settlement with the president over a “60 Minutes” interview with former Vice President Kamala Harris.

It also referenced the surprise cancellation of CBS’s “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.”

New episodes of “South Park” air on Comedy Central every Wednesday at 10 p.m.
