Dallas Wings vs. Minnesota Lynx: TV, time, how to watch Paige Bueckers homecoming

Paige Bueckers is coming back home with some good news and bad news. The WNBA’s No. 1 pick just had an encouraging second performance as a rookie in the league, but the Dallas Wings are still looking for their first win of the season.

They’ll get another shot Wednesday night when Bueckers plays her first game as a professional in her home state in a rematch against the Minnesota Lynx, the team that rolled past Dallas less than a week ago to start the 2025 season.

The Lynx look dangerous again after last year’s run to the WNBA Finals with the dynamic trio of Napheesa Collier, Courtney Williams and Alanna Smith. They beat the Los Angeles Sparks last Sunday behind another strong performance from Collier and what coach Cheryl Reeve described as “a good, hard halftime” after the game. Minnesota has outscored its two opponents by a combined score of 96-68 in the second half this season.

This will be Bueckers’ first regular-season WNBA road game as Minnesota will host Dallas at Target Center after the season-opening matchup took place in Arlington, Texas. The former UConn star grew up in the Minneapolis suburb of Hopkins, Minnesota. She had 10 points and seven rebounds in her pro debut against the Lynx last week, but shot just 3 of 10 from the floor. Bueckers rebounded from her up-and-down debut on Monday by scoring 19 points and dishing out eight assists when the Wings suffered a 79-71 home loss to the Seattle Storm.
