Obviously “if they stay healthy” is always in play where the Clippers are concerned, but man, if they get Beal, that team is really good. Probably a hair below the Rockets and Nuggets as Thunder challengers, but above the Lakers, Warriors and Wolves imo. – 1:27 PM

Well, we don’t need to worry about another Beal pursuit/non pursuit. Miami was on his list, per associate. Makes sense for neither party now. Though 3 national insiders spoke of aggressive Heat pursuit coming, my sense is he had better $/role options potentially elsewhere – 11:47 AM

I don’t know the future for Bradley Beal, but the Lakers could give him a two-year minimum contract (player option on 2nd year, which is semi-standard for a name vet taking a “below market deal”), after waiving Shake, land just below the 1st apron – 11:41 PM
