  • Blake Lively stunned on the red carpet for the premiere of Another Simple Favor in New York City on April 27.
  • She wore a mint Tamara Ralph gown, Christian Louboutin heels, and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry for the event Sunday night.
  • Among others, Lively posed with husband Ryan Reynolds and co-star Anna Kendrick on the celebrity-filled red carpet.

Blake Lively and husband Ryan Reynolds stepped out last night for the New York City premiere of her new film Another Simple Favor, with Lively channeling a Greek goddess in a mint green Tamara Ralph gown with intricate cutouts, a train, and statement earrings to match.

The dress Lively wore on April 27 was from Tamara Ralph’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection, with the ensemble described as a chrysolite chiffon gown with bias satin detailing and draping. Lively was joined by not just Reynolds at the premiere—held at Jazz at Lincoln Center—but also her co-stars in the film, including Anna Kendrick, who Lively posed with on the red carpet.

On her Instagram Story, Lively posed with Kendrick and the film’s director, Paul Feig, and wrote of the two that they “Really are the dream. And you can see it when you watch the movie.” In a separate Story, Lively posed with Reynolds, Emily Blunt, Stanley Tucci, Hugh Jackman, and Shawn Levy and wrote, “I couldn’t love these people more if they were my own blood.” In a cast photo, Lively said that the group was “The greatest cast in every way. I know how fortunate I am to know and work with each of these incredible people and artists.”

Lively’s red carpet look was accentuated by Christian Louboutin heels and Lorraine Schwartz jewels, with her makeup done by Kristofer Buckle, nails by Elle Gerstein, and hair done by Jennifer Yepez—all of whom Lively thanked in her Instagram Stories, including a shoutout to designer Ralph.

The April 27 premiere followed the world premiere of Another Simple Favor at SXSW in Austin, Texas on March 7, and ahead of the film’s premiere on Prime Video on May 1. Of Lively, the film’s director Feig said on Instagram, “Blake has been nothing but supportive and a dream to work with. She is the best and an amazing collaborator and I’m her biggest fan.”

In her own words, Lively wrote on Instagram after SXSW, “Making this movie was already the gift, every element of it. To share it with you all and feel the love returned to us was the best feeling.”

Another Simple Favor is the sequel to 2018’s A Simple Favor, and her appearance on Sunday came right on the heels of her attendance at the TIME100 Gala—once again alongside Reynolds—on April 24. “I have so much to say about the last two years of my life, but tonight is not the forum,” Lively said last Thursday, seemingly alluding to ongoing legal issues with her It Ends with Us co-star and director Justin Baldoni. “What I will speak to separately is the feeling of being a woman who has a voice, today and since I could speak, because of the pain, caution, and fight of the many women who paved the way and the men who stood beside them—millions I will never know the name of—because every life, every act, big or small, affects another.”

Ahead of the gala on April 24, Lively was named one of TIME’s most 100 influential people in the world in its annual list, which was published on April 16 and which Lively described as “one of the most surreal and meaningful moments of my life” in an April 17 Instagram post. Her profile for the magazine was written by civil rights lawyer Sherrilyn Ifill, who wrote in part, “I don’t know the Blake Lively of the red carpet. Or the Met Gala. I never watched Gossip Girl. The Blake Lively I know is a philanthropist and a student of our country’s most intractable problems.”

Ifill continued of meeting Lively, “I admired immediately her curiosity, and her sincere work to understand the conditions that shape this country,” before adding that “Blake is a serious person. She’s a risk taker. And she’s committed to moving this country forward. For her children. And for mine.”

Of the tribute, Lively wrote that being written about by Ifill “is not something I take lightly,” and added that “My 10-year-old self is pretty blown away right now.”

Speaking to People on April 25 about supporting Lively at the gala the night before, Reynolds said of Lively that he was “incredibly in awe of my wife in many ways,” adding “I don’t know that I’ve met somebody stronger.”

“And her coping mechanisms are just coffee,” Reynolds—always one for a joke—added to his sweet comments. “Which is amazing to me, because I don’t know how I could hold what she holds and do it with [her] grace and strength. It’s pretty profound.”

After being praised for being a supportive husband, Reynolds quipped, “Let’s not rush to judgement before all the facts are in.” (For what it’s worth, in her remarks at the TIME100 Gala, Lively praised Reynolds for being “kind and good when no one is watching,” per CNN.)

In between Lively and Reynolds’ appearances on Thursday and Sunday, they managed to find time to watch Reynolds’ Welsh football club Wrexham AFC—which he co-owns with Rob McElhenny—beat Charlton Athletic over the weekend, proving Reynolds’ point that Lively’s whirlwind schedule has to be fueled by coffee, and likely lots of it.
