NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – The New Orleans Saints start the 2025 preseason against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday (Aug. 10) at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif. Kickoff is set for 3:05 p.m.

Fox 8’s live pregame show begins at 2:30 p.m., followed by the game.
This will be the 12th preseason meeting between the two teams, with the Saints holding a 7-4 advantage. New Orleans has won the last six preseason matchups against Los Angeles, dating back to a 36-21 victory on Aug. 27, 2010.
The Saints have a 6-8 regular-season record against the Chargers, who won the last regular-season meeting 26-8 on Oct. 27, 2024, at SoFi Stadium.
Sunday’s game marks the head coaching debut of Kellen Moore, who served as offensive coordinator for the Super Bowl LIX champion Philadelphia Eagles in 2024. Moore was the Chargers’ offensive coordinator in 2023.
