The Memphis Grizzlies will be shorthanded on the second leg of a back-to-back Saturday night.
Ja Morant (right shoulder soreness) and Desmond Bane (left hip soreness) are among four Grizzlies players inactive against the San Antonio Spurs. Brandon Clarke (lip laceration) and Vince Williams Jr. (left knee soreness) are also out for the Grizzlies.
No Morant or Bane means the Grizzlies will have an entirely different backcourt at FedExForum. Luke Kennard, Scotty Pippen Jr. and John Konchar should be in line for more playing time.
The Grizzlies lost 114-113 on Friday night against the New York Knicks. Coach Taylor Jenkins ruled out Clarke and Williams 90 minutes before the game, but he called Morant and Bane game-time decisions.
Williams is still ramping up and has yet to play both legs of a back-to-back this season. Morant played in five consecutive games for the second time this season before that streak was halted Saturday.

This is Bane’s first missed game since Feb. 5 against the Toronto Raptors.
