Whataburger is offering big discounts today only to celebrate its 75th anniversary. 

The iconic Texas burger chain is offering its No. 1 Whataburger for 75 cents. That’s nearly $5 off the usual price. Whatabargain! 

The bargain burgers drew big crowds on Friday, but customers were happy to wait in line while saving a few bucks.

The deal is only available through the Whataburger app for rewards members. To take advantage of the deal, you must place a digital order.

The discount started at 11 a.m. and ends at 8 p.m. Friday.

“Whataburger’s story has always been one about people – the fans who’ve made us part of their everyday moments, the family members who serve every meal with care and pride, and the communities that have welcomed us like family for 75 years,” said Whataburger President and CEO Debbie Stroud.

The first Whataburger opened in Corpus Christi in 1950.
