Things couldn’t be more contrasting for Daegu. Rooted to the foot of the K League 1 standings, they’re winless in their last 12 outings and fresh off a 1-0 defeat to Pohang Steelers on July 27. With just 14 points from 24 matches, Daegu are miles behind the rest, ten of the eleven teams above them have at least doubled their points tally, barring Anyang on 27.
