Elon Musk speculates that Jeffrey Epstein’s suicide might have been assisted, suggesting Epstein may have been promised something in return for taking his own life.
Elon Musk has suggested that Jeffrey Epstein‘s suicide may have been assisted. Replying to a user’s post on the social media platform X (earlier Twitter), the Tesla CEO expressed his curiosity about potential motives and circumstances surrounding Epstein’s death.
Musk also speculated that Epstein may have been promised something in exchange for taking his own life, raising questions about whether Epstein’s death was truly a suicide or a more complex situation.
In the original post to which Musk responded, the user questioned: “No one in their right mind thinks Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide. So, what is the only force on earth that is powerful enough to kill someone inside a US prison and get away with it? And powerful enough to make sure neither party ever says anything about it?”
Responding to the queries, Musk wrote: “My guess is that he did, but the suicide would have been stopped if the guards were there or the camera was functional, so it was likely assisted. He may have been promised something in exchange for killing himself. That’s what I’m curious about.”
Musk’s reply comes amid the US Department of Justice (DOJ) released a collection of documents related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The roughly 200-page file, which includes Epstein’s contact list, flight logs, and other records, lists contacts including family members of US President Donald Trump, such as Ivana Trump and Ivanka Trump. However, these documents do not offer many new details but confirm earlier reports about Epstein’s network.
The contact list also includes names like Mick Jagger from the Rolling Stones, actor Alec Baldwin, pop singer Michael Jackson, Ethel Kennedy (mother of Robert F Kennedy Jr.), former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, model Naomi Campbell, and musician Courtney Love.
Other names on the list include Bob Weinstein (brother of Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein), billionaire David Koch, the late Senator Ted Kennedy, actor Ralph Fiennes, lawyer Alan Dershowitz, former Secretary of State John Kerry, actor Dustin Hoffman, businessman Jon Huntsman, and model Liz Hurley. Personal contact details have been redacted.
