Country singer Zac Brown is in newly-engaged bliss following his recent — and quick — engagement to jewelry designer Kendra Scott.
In a Friday morning performance as part of the “Today” show summer concert series, the country singer, 46, got to talking about popping the question.
“I’m blessed, I feel great,” he said of the major update in his personal life.
“It’s incredible, we’re so happy we found each other,” he added. “We’re blessed and it just adds so much energy to everything else, more to give to music, more to give to our families, so we’re blessed.”
Scott, 51, who was in the audience on the “Today” plaza was beaming as her fiancé was speaking about her and laughed as he was asked about the ring, considering that she’s the founder of her namesake jewelry brand.
“What are you going to get someone who designs jewelry?” he joked.

Brown and Scott went public with their relationship in May of this year.
The engagement news, which was first reported by People on Thursday, came as a surprise to fans as Brown is involved in a lawsuit with his ex-wife Kelly Yazdi, whom he was married to for four months in 2023. Prior to Yazdi, he was married to Shelly Brown and the two share five children together.
Scott was also married twice before. She has two children with ex John Scott and one child with ex Matt Davis.
