Hulk Hogan’s 2 Kids: What to Know about Brooke and Nick

Hulk Hogan, one of the biggest stars in wrestling history, died June 24 at the age of 71 after suffering a cardiac arrest.

Hogan, whose birth name was Terry Bollea, left behind two kids he had with ex-wife Linda Hogan. The couple got married in 1983 and divorced in 2009. The entire family was seen on his VH1 reality series, “Hogan Knows Best,” which aired for four seasons beginning in 2005.

Here’s a look at Hogan’s two children.

Brooke Hogan

Brooke Hogan was born May 5, 1988.

“Almost as soon as we started trying, we got very fortunate and Linda got pregnant with Brooke,” Hogan wrote in his 2009 memoir, “My Life Outside the Ring.” “We were both so excited. We felt so blessed, you know?”

“All my priorities switched in an instant,” he added. “Yes, I had to keep the Hulk Hogan persona happening, but now my number-one priority was to spend as much time with Brooke as I could. It’s all I wanted to do. Somehow having a daughter made everything made sense.”

Brooke Hogan would embark on a career as a singer, signing with famed manager Lou Pearlman, who helped develop Backstreet Boys and ‘N Sync. He signed her after she performed in Orlando, Florida, per Hulk Hogan’s memoir, and her career was promoted on “Hogan Knows Best.”

“She won him over that time, and he signed her up. Brooke was elated. She was living her dream by the age of fifteen,” he wrote.

Brooke Hogan’s relationship with both of her parents would sour. In March, Linda Hogan said in an Instagram story video that Brooke Hogan cut ties with them “around eight years ago,” blaming her decision on Hulk Hogan being “a complete liar” and “sex addict.”

In a lengthy response on Instagram, though, Brooke Hogan said she ended her relationship with her parents for “completely separate reasons” and that the decision “was made purely on how they have dealt with me directly my entire life.”

“I have been EXTREMELY verbally and mentally abused since childhood,” she wrote.

“Sadly, it would frequently turn physical,” she continued.

Brooke and her husband, Steven Olesky, are the parents of twins, Oliver and Molly, who were born in January.

Nick Hogan

Nick Hogan was born July 27, 1990. Hulk Hogan wrote in his memoir that he was blindsided when Linda Hogan’s grandmother actually broke the news to him that she was pregnant, infuriating her husband who wrote that he was upset he didn’t know his wife had stopped taking birth control, even while he continued to take steroids.

“For the first time, I felt like Linda had totally betrayed my trust,” he wrote in “My Life Outside the Ring.”

Even though Hogan wrote he was worried about the baby because he hadn’t kicked steroids when she got pregnant, their son was fine.

“When I held him for the first time I counted all ten of his fingers and all ten of his toes, just like I had done with baby Brooke. He was a perfectly healthy baby boy, despite my fears,” he wrote.

In 2007, Nick Hogan was involved a serious car accident with his best friend, John Graziano, that left Graziano paralyzed.

“I was right there leaning on the side of the car with my head down by the gas pedal,” Hulk Hogan wrote.

“‘Nick!’ I yelled. “I could see he was still alive. He turned his head, stuck his hand out, and gave m a thumbs-up. For a second I was relieved. Then the chaos set in. The sound of engines. Sirens. A saw. Paramedics pulling John from the passenger seat. So much blood.”

Nick Hogan pleaded no contest to felony reckless driving and was sentenced to eight months in prison. In 2024, he was sentenced to 12 months probation after pleading guilty to driving under the influence.

Earlier this year, Nick Hogan paid tribute to his dad on Father’s Day.

“Had a great Father’s Day with the goat! Happy Father’s Day to all the awesome dads! 💪💪” he captioned a throwback photo of them together.
