The Jets entered the 2025 NFL Draft with another top-10 pick, and they played it safe.
For the second straight year, the team drafted an offensive lineman, adding Mizzou’s Armand Membou to top 2024 pick Olu Fashanu.
What makes this year different, however, is the regime behind the pick: new GM Darren Mougey and coach Aaron Glenn have already begun to put their stamp on the franchise, opting to move on from QB Aaron Rodgers and handing the offense to Justin Fields instead.
The first order of business was solidify the protection in front of the new pass-thrower, and with seven more picks lined up on the weekend, there’s a chance they could provide Fields with a few weapons.
